Skrei is also known as miracle fish because it enabled fisherman to live while other fish was scarce. Skrei actually means the wanderer. These fish make an epic journey from Barents sea back to Norway’s Lofoten Islands. Due to this dangerous journey the fish has exceptional firm white flesh.

It also has criteria to meet to be classed as skrei such as:
All fish is line caught by day boats, the fish must be fully grown (5 years old) with no scratches or bruising. Only 10% of Skrei fish is caught to ensure stocks are sustained for the future

There is a service charge of 10% on table bookings of 6 people and over

Please Note: Bringing a cake in is not a problem as an addition but if served in place of a dessert a £1.50 cover charge will be added to the bill.

Last orders at the bar are at 11pm, and all customers must vacate the restaurant by 11.30pm. Please inform your waitress if you would like a taxi ordered 15 minutes in advance.
